So I keep seeing all these articles popping up on blogs and rather questionable websites talking about a fleet of UFO following comet Elenin. Of course the names they are throwing around are people who don’t even exist in the structures of the agencies they’re talking about. Of course I spent a couple of hours digging and let me explain a few things and why this conspiracy theorists is getting a little tired of the paranoids making up doomsday stories.
For starters, this Sergio Toscano who is claimed to have been a director for Astronomical Research in Missions in the Chinese Space Agency, is actually not and never has had anything to do with the Chinese Space Agency. He’s a South American PR Journalist for NASA. Let’s clear that up. That’s assuming that this was a name pulled out of the air of astronomy and this isn’t completely a coincidence on a bunk story that was being created.
Another article claimed that this supposed UFO Fleet “was corroborated by Rosie Redfiel, the new director of the Program of NASA’s Astrobiology” but this is also a lie. There is no such person with any such title. Sure, there are plenty of Rosie Redfields and Rosie Redfiels but none of them said anything close to this.
This is another case of checking your facts before you start stashing things away in your homemade bomb shelter folks.
So I present you with this question. Why would UFO’s, in this particular case they are being classified as alien crafts, actually hide behind a comet. They apparently waited for it to get close enough and now they’re tailgating it? Headed for Earth? Really? Now everyone calm down. We have bigger fish to fry. It is, first of all, a matter of trust.
The question whether alien craft could sneak in with the passing of a comet, is one we just don’t have the answer for because we’ve never seen it done before and we’re still not yet smart enough to automatically do more than heave out mildly educated guesses.
So, then we ask, do we trust our government(s), that are not experienced in alien invasions or smart enough to know what one might look like, to tell us even if they did?
Well, right at this very moment in time, trust in any government in any nation on this planet, is at a very low ebb. So, no. We probably would not… and that rounds the bend and brings us back to the conspiracy theories and this story.
